A Little Bit About C’est La Vie Cakes...

They are a husband and wife duo from the Michiana region. Best friends and great work partners they decided to open their own specialty cake shop. Their story started as they searched for their own wedding cake. The problem was finding a cake that was an affordable, sculpted, contemporary cake. Some of the cake makers in town had beautiful cakes to offer, but most had an old fashioned feel which was not what they were looking for. After an exhaustive search they did end up with the cake of their dreams, but what they learned was that there was a niche going unfulfilled in the area. So, with Courtney's baking background they decided to open their own cake shop. With a focus on affordable costs and a contemporary feel they have brought fun, new cake creations to the South Bend area!!
